Marygrace isn’t a homeowner (like many millennials, she’s renting while whittling away at her student loans) but thanks to her ongoing education-by-osmosis at the Money Pit, she can tell you how to prevent a wet basement, fix a squeaky floor or even properly ventilate an attic!
