Can I Use Styrofoam Board As Insulation?

Styrofoam board is sometimes used as insulation under siding and floors, but you have to have a very specific project in mind to take advantage of it.  You could potentially use it over a concrete floor when laying in different types of flooring, but generally speaking, I'd advise against Styrofoam as insulation.  Perhaps a local school will accept a donation of Styrofoam boards for art projects!
