Where can I possibly find a match to my ceramic kitchen tile floor? It may be hard, if not impossible, to find.

You might be able to find what you're looking for at thisoldtile.com, which specializes in discontinued, hard-to-find, and not currently manufactured tile.
If not, there's a trick you could try: if you have a less visible floor space, like in a closet, you can cut out those tiles and move them to where you need them. Another idea: you might consider finding complementary tiles to replace the broken ones and create an alternating pattern with your existing tiles.
