I had my gas furnace cleaned and inspected, but now hear loud water streaming in my walls when the heat kicks in?

Do you have a hot water heating system? If so, that could explain it. The heating system would kick on and once it reached temperature, the circulator would kick on and distribute water through the radiators. That's the only connection between heat coming on and water running that makes sense.
