A friend of mine told me that there is a limit on how long you can wait, to paint dry wall, after installing it. What is this time limit.
Our Answer
Fortunately drywall doesn’t go bad after a few days! As long as the spackle is dry you are good to go. Make sure you prime new drywall first. You’ll save a lot of paint and it will go on very smooth. Choose a flat paint over one with a sheen. Flat paints hide blemishes in drywall such as spackle marks around nail heads.
