Is there a liquid treatment to make a roof last longer?

Yes, it’s called RoofMaxx.  Full disclosure – RoofMax has been an advertiser with us for a number of years, but while I’ve always been impressed by the product and especially the science behind it — I only this year had a chance to use it for a house my Mom was trying to sell in FL.  It was difficult because the existing roof was 16 years old and FL insurance companies were demanding roofs older than 15 be replaced (at great cost!).  I worked with the local RoofMaxx dealer to have the treatment applied.  RoofMaxx completely rejuvenated the old asphalt shingles and as a result, the home was sold with no further objections from insurers.
